I worked closely with Red Chip Poker for 4 years to grow and maintain their leading position in the poker training industry. I was brought on in 2016 to assist with a variety of marketing tasks. That role grew to working with them full-time as my only client, overseeing the majority of the company’s operations.

We got a lot done:

• Attended the World Series of Poker in Las Vegas four times, twice with official press credentials

• Produced and marketed a very successful new subscription-based online course, increasing revenue substantially

• Managed projects across all departments with over a dozen team members, freelancers and collaborators

• Hosted and produced over 100 episodes of the Red Chip Poker Podcast, downloaded over one million times

• Worked with web developers on site security, maintenance, and improvements to UI/UX

• Automated email marketing, managed and optimized a large email list, wrote over 100 emails

• Designed infographics and PDFs for marketing funnels that boosted traffic and captured email addresses

• Produced and managed social media content across all channels

• Created a detailed style guide to make branding consistent across all channels and all design team members

• Established a customer service department with Groove, hired & trained staff, wrote dozens of canned replies

• Hosted and produced a dozen vlogs documenting my study of poker and trips to casinos to play

• Appeared on Live At The Bike, a popular web-based, livestreamed poker show
